Sophia Han is a postdoctoral scholar working with Daniel Ho, focusing on core AI research driven by real-world applications (law and social good). She completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science at Yale (2021.9 – 2025.9). Her dissertation is on advancing LLM reasoning from logic to law.

Previously, she interned at Google Deepmind, Meta Superintelligence Labs and AWS, working on advancing reasoning and retrieval capabilities in large language models. She completed her B.Eng Computer Science degree in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
