Ryan Treves

Ryan Treves (he/him) received his M.S. in Statistics and his B.S. with Honors in Earth Systems from Stanford University. As a student, he worked as a summer fellow for the Natural Resources Defense Council, and completed a community-engaged thesis on wildfire smoke resilience with the Behavioral Decisions and the Environment lab. In addition, he interned for Stanfordʼs Scope 3 Emissions program, developing the universityʼs embodied carbon accounting methodology. Ryan’s research interests lie in applying quantitative methods to solve socio-environmental challenges, particularly around climate justice.
