Jennifer Wang is an undergraduate at Brown studying Computer Science and International & Public Affairs. She has previously interned at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she supported major tech policy initiatives including the Executive Order on AI. As a former Civic Digital Fellow at the U.S. Census Bureau, she improved demographic databases by integrating race and ethnicity data from multiple federal sources. She’s interested in understanding how the limitations of algorithmic systems can expose the constraints of policies that rely on or underpin them.
