Research Fellow

Evan Cook is a Research Fellow at the RegLab. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, a B.S. in Mathematics, and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. His master’s thesis involved developing a novel programming language for typed dataframes and data manipulation. Before joining the RegLab, he worked at NASA Ames proposing and implementing a neural network for persistent contrail prediction.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing the piano, reading science fiction and horror (Stephen King is a favorite), and playing racket-adjacent sports.
