Allison Casasola is a fifth-year at Stanford completing her M.S in Computer Science and B.S in Symbolic Systems. She has previously evaluated a new natural language diversity metric at the Stanford Trustworthy AI Research Lab and has contributed to a recent research paper assessing various LLMs’ abilities to cite relevant medical references under the guidance of Professors Daniel Ho and James Zou. At RegLab, she is currently working to develop an LLM-based tool to aid the extraction of statutory language from legal documents. She is broadly interested in the intersection of law, NLP, and technology with a particular focus on mitigating the harms of AI.
