Victoria Hollingshead is a Research Fellow at RegLab, where she focuses on developing and scaling impactful digital solutions. Prior to joining RegLab, Victoria helped Fortune 500 clients with process optimization, automation, and product development. As an NSF Digital Transformation of Development Fellow at the UC Berkeley Blum Center for Developing Economies, she integrated product development practices with machine learning and large language models to advance solutions in water quality and migrant justice. Recently, she worked with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory’s Energy Technologies Area to develop a client-facing application in support of Indonesia’s industrial energy transition. Victoria holds a Master in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley.
