David Hausman is a postdoctoral fellow in political science at the Bill Lane Center for the American West. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University, and J.D. and Ph.D. (Political Science) from Stanford. David clerked for Justice Stephen F. Williams on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and worked as an attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union Immigrants’ Rights Project in New York from 2016-19. His research has been published in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, the Stanford Law Review, and the Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization and examines systems of mass adjudication, administrative review, and the use of data analysis in litigation.
